Sunday Best {never ending summer}

No cute fall clothes could be managed yesterday. It felt like a true summer's day. So I thought I'd wear this dotted dress, borrowed from my sister, while I still could.

This weekend was relaxing and sweet. The boys spent lots of time watching their daddy and their papi fly model airplanes and tearing after the little parachutes that dropped from them. They also went to soccer on Saturday morning while little E and I did the farmer's market sweep, bringing home some corn and fresh flowers. And then on Saturday afternoon I went a little crazy with black paint, spray painting a buffet table a glossy black and coating a wall space in black chalkboard paint. I'm not done yet but I'm loving the results so far. There's nothing quite as inspiring as a fresh coat of paint!
