A Road Trip

On Friday little Monty, the huz and I went on a road trip, heading an hour and a half up north to Fish Creek in Door County. It was the absolute perfect day to explore this quaint town and enjoy the unbelievably gorgeous fall weather.

Here is our day in pictures. 

While we waited for our table at the White Gull Inn, we played near the water's edge.

We also made a stop at the Confectionary and a little someone got quite google-y eyed.

And finally, our breakfast table was ready!

Hot chocolate in a tea pot. 

Cherry stuffed French toast, so good that it won the best breakfast in America challenge on Good Morning America!

And then went on a scenic and very colorful walk.

And to finish our day, we went back to the water.
