What I Loved in 2010 (and the winner is...)

You may have noticed the new little "link within" feature I've recently added (below each post). It shares 3 other posts with similar key words and it's kinda cool, because it encourages you to look around a bit more. It's rather funny though, as it shares any post written in the year and a half I've been doing this and those that pop up from the beginning, well, they're kinda awful. Let's just say, things have definitely improved around year of late. So it's had me looking back over the past year in particular and I've realized that there were so many die hard crushes within 2010. I thought I'd focus on the fashion this time and take a look at the trends/inspirations I loved the most and actually tried "at home".

 J Crew's fall look book was a huge favorite and I tried out a version of their wildly brooched blazer

 I had a major thing for the green dress

And I loooved leopard

 Swooned over lace a time or two

 Had a few flings with bright colors

 Loved the look of a floral dress with a chunky cardi

 Had a few moments with fur

 Obsessed over bright and bold sequins

Adored fall inspired outdoors-y jewel tones

Loved the cozy mix of soft grey and white

 Had a massive crush on decadent velvet

And made a huge hair change (at least for me!), chopping off my always long hair into a bob and adding messy bangs, with Frija as my inspiration.
