Parker and I went for a little shopping therapy on Saturday afternoon, starting with a round of Starbucks, dropping by Walmart in the middle (a HUGE disappointment - went to look at swings and pools) and finally ending with a wonderful walk through T J Maxx. This store is just incredible, never ceasing to please again and again, in such interesting and beautiful ways. Here are our finds.
Doesn't this remind you of the pumpkin pouf from Plumo? And with actual shells sewn into the fabric. Too cool!
This armoire/entertainment center was unbelievable! A cloudy grey with hand painted cherry blossom-esque images on a lovely grainy wood.
A gorgeous champagne colored velvet chair with studded details.
A gargantuan statement vase in blue, green, purple or amber with those lovely bubbly dots.
A new kind of whimsical cupcake stand in soft colors.
I had to check out the cake stands too and they had everything from shabby chic to glassy elegance.
And here's a peek at my Sunday outfit. Dress from Forever 21 and head band from Urban Outfitters (via my Cara). Scuse the unsightly background. :)
